Logged on as Administrator and tried to Run as with Pinnacle account. Created a "Pinnacle" account and made it part of the administrators group. Gave a test profile full rights to c: drive Any other profile it will display the splash screen and then generate a "error has occured." window. The problem lies that the application will not launch with any profile other than administrator. Go through normal process of copying profile to default user, permit everyone etc. Install as normal under Administrator profile.
